How microphone and sleep data work
Restful can use your iPhone microphone for live sleep-quality analysis while you rest. The app is designed so microphone input is used to detect sleep-related patterns during the session.
We do not store audio recordings from that live microphone analysis flow. Sleep reports, journal summaries, trends, and recommendations are intended for personal reference only and are not medical advice.
We do not sell Restful sleep data to third parties, and we do not use that data for third-party advertising services.
